Hawksmoor has promoted two Senior Surveyors to the position of Associate Director.

Lisa Cooke, who has been with Hawksmoor since 2012, has expertise in adding value to landowner and promoter clients through the project management of strategic residential and mixed use development sites through the planning process.  Lisa's specialisms also include consultancy advice on phased delivery as well as the marketing and disposal of land.

Tom Bathurst, who joined Hawksmoor as a Senior Surveyor in 2016, has expertise working alongside clients to create and enhance value from residential development land.  Tom deals primarily with strategic land promotion including the creation of Option and Promotion Agreements.  In addition, Tom's skills include S106 and CIL rate-setting negotiation, viability studies and land acquisition services.
