| Hawksmoor have, on behalf of Mr and Mrs D F Shorey, concluded the unconditional sale of Hanwell Fields Farm, Banbury to a Regional housebuilder, Banner Homes (Midlands) Limited. The land sale was successfully completed off market prior to the grant of plannign permission by Cherwell District Council for conversion of existing buildings into three dwellings and the erection of 21 houses. Brian Egerton, Director of Hawksmoor, commented "The developer has been entirely honourable in delivering their proposals and we wish Graham Jones, Regional Director, and his team every success with this prestigious development". |
