Hawksmoor have, on behalf of the Executors of Brookleys, concluded the unconditional sale to a developer based in the North West. Given the “white land” designation of the property within East Staffordshire Borough Council’s Local Plan alongside the significant housing numbers under Burton upon Trent’s growth point status, the site is envisaged to come forward for comprehensive residential development.
Brian Egerton, Director of Hawksmoor, commented “having concluded the principal technical matters, we are pleased to have completed the sale without the need to obtain formal planning permission”.
