| As retained agent for British Salt Limited, Hawksmoor has successfully managed the release of a 1992 restrictive covenant affecting development land at Ettiley Heath near Sandbach. This will facilitate the progression of a residential development site with Congleton Borough Council for approximately 120 dwellings. Negotiations and legal documentation was successfully concluded with the landowner's agent in late June 2008. |
