| Hawksmoor has submitted a planning application for fourteen executive detached dwellings on land at Outlon Road, Stone. The proposed scheme will include approximately 28,000 square feet of development comprising four and five bedroom, two and two and a half storey dwellings and associated garages. The planning application has been submitted to Stafford Borough Council and a planning decision is expected in Spring 2010. |
