Richard Wain joins Hawksmoor

Hawksmoor has appointed Richard Wain to help clients identify and acquire development opportunities, as well as assessing planning and development potential of land and property. In addition he will be advising clients on the disposal of land and property with planning permission for residential and commercial use. He will also be project managing the development of large, mixed use commercial and residential schemes.

Richard has been a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors for nine years, with seven years experience in the development industry.

Richard said: "I am delighted to be joining Hawksmoor and looking forward to working with an established, professional team. This is an exciting time for Hawksmoor with a number of new opportunities in the pipeline and the recent introduction of a brand new look for the business, marking the start of a new era."
